Commercial Mortgages

A Commercial Mortgage is taken out when an individual or a company intends to purchase or remortgage premises were a business is currently situated.  Unlike High Street Banks, our Commercial lenders do not require business plans, cash flow projections or evidence of accounts.

For those clients who struggle to prove income, have been declined by their bank or perhaps are starting up a new business, a Commercial Mortgage could be the solution to their problems.

Creative Mortgage Solutions has access to several of the industries major Commercial Mortgage providers.  Most business premises are acceptable, and in many cases we can arrange loans up to 85% of the value of the property and even up to 100% with additional security.  In addition applicants can either opt to prove their income with a Full Status application or choose to Self-Certify their income with minimal evidence.  All we require from you is a single Decision in Principal Form to be completed and we will provide details of the lender best suited to their needs.  A valuation fee is payable by the clients upon acceptance of the initial offer.

Commissions for Commercial Mortgages vary from lender to lender so speak to us first to find out how much you can earn from your each enquiry.
