CMS Announce new Beacon on-site underwriter
We are pleased to announce that Beacon Home Loans have provided an on site underwriter to approve mortgage offers from our Chester Head Office. Chris Edwards has been recruited and will be working very closely with Creative's underwriting team with a view to issuing day one offers.

Beacon Home Loans have a variety of unique selling points such as employed & self employed self certification to 85% LTV, sub prime to sub prime remortgaging to 75% LTV with one months arrears in the last 3 and 4 missed payments during the last 12 months, no credit scoring, no CAIS reporting and second charge arrears are ignored.
